The Team

Dr. Manvir Grewal obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry in London, Ontario. During his time at Western University, he participated in the Healthy Smiles program teaching young children about oral health, as well as providing dental services to underserved communities in Guatemala as part of a mission trip.

His public service as a dentist in London extended into volunteering at a number of events, including: an annual mouth guard clinic to provide free mouth guards to young athletes, an annual oral cancer screening clinic, a free dental service clinic for the homeless and under-served community through the St. Vincent de Paul Dental Clinic, and an annual “Give Kids a Smile” dental clinic to provide free dental care to under-served children who could not afford basic healthcare. Dr. SanJose was also an active member of his student body and student council.
Dr. SanJose excelled as a clinician in all aspects of dentistry, and was one of the top clinical students in his class. Striving for academic excellence, He continues to attend continuing education classes in the fields of cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, implants, and endodontics.

As a child growing up in Sarnia, Ontario, Dr. Mike spent countless hours in his cousin’s dental office. He admired his cousin for being a leader in his community in addition to working at a job he loved. Dr. Mike dreamed that one day he would also serve his community as well. He went on to attend the University of Western Ontario and obtained a degree in Genetics. From there, Dr. Mike attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Since graduating, Dr. Rondinelli has returned to the university and has often served as a guest lecturer for dental students.

After finishing his training in 2012, Dr. Rondinelli returned to his hometown to practice dentistry. Additionally, he has enjoyed dedicating his time to being the President of his local Big Brothers Big Sisters Board of Directors.

Dr. Eric Neves was born and raised in Komoka, Ontario. His initial interest in dentistry began after shadowing his mentor at a local dental office. Upon graduating from St. Thomas Aquinas Secondary School, Dr. Neves went on to study at the University of Western Ontario where he obtained an Honours Bachelor degree in Medical Sciences with Distinction in 2014. During his time at Western, he participated in a mission trip where he was given the opportunity to provide dental services to underserved communities in Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Following this experience, he decided to make it a lifetime goal to become a dentist and fulfill his ambition to give back to his community. Dr. Neves attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2018.
